• Shift : Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with call only during the week
• Patients for Shift: 15
• License : TX license
• Call : Call is minimal at less then 2 calls per day with one actual call back to the facility at least once a month.
• Average Call Numbers per 24 Hours:
• Phone Consults : 5
• Patients Seen : 0-1
• Admissions : 0-1
• EMR : Cerner
