Sales Team Member – Insurance & Financial Services Location: Southfield, MI
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Our growing Southfield insurance agency is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and competitive Sales Team Member to join our team.

Insurance experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone who brings energy, consistency, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-ups, and outbound calls
• Learn customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and confidently ask for the sale
• Build relationships that lead to long-term customers and referrals
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information
