Technical Program Manager

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and manages detailed intent project plans.
• Tracks progress against timelines on IMO sheet and in JIRA.
• Submits and represents change controls after consultation with Engineering and TPMs.
• Captures notes and outcomes from S2 Engineering meetings and ad-hoc hot houses.
• Schedules follow-up discussions across key stakeholders in partnership with TPM.
• Sets meeting agendas and coordinates materials for meeting prep.
• Updates program Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision log after program S2 and S3 meetings.
• Identifies and manages dependencies within and across programs.
• Develops program status reports for S3/S3.5 meetings and legacy Client reporting needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Program management, JIRA, application development
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
