Litigation Associate

Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Attorney. This is a Full-time, Direct-Hire position. Responsibilities Include: Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case. Conducting research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources. Drafting, reviewing, and advising on legal texts. Appearing and actively participating in hearings and trials. Ensuring that data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential and are stored securely. Oversee the negotiation of settlements. Advise clients with legal recommendations and strategies. Qualifications: Licensed in NYS. 3-5 years of experience practicing law. Experience in litigation is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
