H&H Mechanical has been a trusted name in the Atlanta area for 40 years, delivering top-quality HVAC solutions with exceptional service and craftsmanship. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated HVAC Residential Salesperson to join our dynamic team.
If you're passionate about helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and enjoy working with a supportive and experienced team, this the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs and provide custom comfort solutions .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients .
- Conduct in-home consultations , educate clients on product options , and close sales.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided sources .
- Provide accurate estimates and explain financing options.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and best practices .
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in HVAC sales or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and educate homeowners on HVAC solutions
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based earnings
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
