Position: Medical Assistant
Job Description:
- Assist & Observe during vaccination
- Document as needed
- Vaccinator must understand how to complete injections
- Provides complete patient assessment, including vital signs and pre-examination procedures.
- Gathers and assesses objective and subjective data from the patient.
- Documents data and assessment in the patients EMR.
- Assists the provider in all aspects of the consultation, treatment, procedure and follow-up care. Patient health counseling and instruction, including meeting with families and caregivers.
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience with EMR
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
