OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations with energy, precision, and a heavy emphasis on people leadership. Responsibilities Serve as a leader, coach, and mentor to production employees, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying training gaps. Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize manpower, machines, and equipment utilization. Maintain production by printing and releasing work orders, adjusting schedules for planned absences, and completing orders efficiently to meet on-time delivery expectations. Review and analyze production reports through the ERP system to identify issues hindering goals, and monitor processes to implement waste reductions. Ensure the production floor is fully operational and compliant with all quality, safety, and QMS policies and procedures. Conduct interviews for production support positions, facilitate ongoing training, and assist with employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary. Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Skills Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Strong background or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Quality Frameworks: Understanding of 6 Sigma methodologies. Logistics & Warehouse Operations: Warehouse experience, including inventory management and forklift operation certification. Education & Experience Education: High School (Bachelor’s preferred). Experience: 4–7 years in production management; 5+ years in manufacturing facility preferred. Qualifications Proven hands‑on experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with strong knowledge of assembly lines and factory operations. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining safety standards. Strong mechanical knowledge related to factory equipment, tools, forklifts, and power tools. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, ERP systems, and quality assurance/QMS practices. Apply today!
