Medical Assistant II GI/Hepatology & Medical Weight Loss

Location: Spring Mill Medical Building, 10300 N. Illinois St., Suites 1100 & 1200, Carmel, IN 46290

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Day shift

No weekends or holidays

MondayFriday, typically 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Rotating start/end times:

• Early: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM or 7:45 AM 4:15 PM
• Mid: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Late: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Two modern clinics located across from each other

• Specialized services include FibroScan and spleen scans

What You'll Do

• Room patients and prepare for provider visits
• Take vital signs and complete medication reconciliation
• Perform FibroScan and spleen scans (training and certification provided)
• Clean and stock exam rooms and clinic supplies
• Assist with scheduling and checkout for follow-up appointments
• Manage Cerner messages and RightFax tasks
• Support Hepatitis C metrics tracking
• Provide general clinical and administrative support as needed

• High patient volume in a fast-paced environment
• Primary focus on:
  • Patient rooming
  • FibroScan and spleen procedures
• Administrative tasks completed between patient care activities
