They drive business goals and manage the development of Financial Advisors for the locations to which they are aligned. The Market Director is also responsible for compliance, regulatory and supervisory issues alongside managing a set of personal clients.• Run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance• Monitor FA and client activity, ensuring that compliance meets with regulations and manage all client issues• Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including those that are financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR Governance risks• May serve as Financial Advisor to personal clients whilst managing market responsibilitiesThe teamYou'll be in charge of the Northern New England Market based in Portland, Maine.Your skills and experience• Delivery of KPIs as agreed with the respective business• Create and drive a culture of asset growth, continued Financial Advisor development and high retention within the locations to which they are aligned• Manage and resolve issues, including those that are financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory ,operational and HR Governance risks• Maximizes existing relationships and efficiently leverages external and internal partnerAbout usUBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
