About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join their mission-driven healthcare organization. The CNO will play a pivotal role in overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This executive nursing position demands a strategic thinker, a passionate advocate for patient care, and a leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction for nursing operations, leading efforts to improve quality and performance, promoting a culture of patient safety, and overseeing infection prevention and control programs. The successful candidate will also be involved in budget development, and financial management, and will be expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Applicants for the CNO role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior nursing leadership position, with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required and a Master’s degree strongly preferred. A current RN license in good standing is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical operations management, quality and performance improvement, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary, as is the ability to mentor and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among nursing staff. The CNO will be expected to lead with integrity, uphold the highest standards of patient safety and infection control, and ensure that nursing services are delivered in a cost-effective manner.
