About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its hospitals with a focus on transformative, compassionate care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hospital's operations are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and for fostering a work environment that empowers staff to exceed the company's mission. This role requires a leader who can oversee all aspects of the hospital's performance, including financial stability, and who is dedicated to maintaining a culture of inclusivity and diversity. The CEO will also be involved in marketing the hospital's services within the community and will be expected to celebrate and motivate their team. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years' management experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in areas such as budget development, analysis, and oversight, as well as in fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity. The role demands a leader who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and who is committed to the values of the company, including empathy, doing what is right, and focusing on the positive.
