A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems is required, along with proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Candidates must hold an EPA certification and any relevant HVAC certifications to ensure compliance and expertise. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with customers and team members, while excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities will enable you to promptly address HVAC system issues. A commitment to exceptional customer service is vital for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Additionally, strong organizational and time management skills will help you efficiently manage multiple tasks, and physical stamina is necessary for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
