Corporate Communications Intern Department: Corporate Location: Gilbert, AZ Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour We are seeking a Corporate Communications Intern to support the development and delivery of internal communications across the organization. This role provides hands‑on experience creating content, supporting strategic initiatives, and improving communication consistency across teams. The intern will partner closely with Corporate Communications to contribute to both day‑to‑day needs and long‑term resource development. Responsibilities Draft internal communications and prepare SharePoint posts and previews Support routine communication requests and content updates Assist with SPARC‑related communication initiatives Help develop communication tools and self‑service resources for leaders Build and organize a centralized communication resource library Contribute to projects that promote consistency in internal messaging Collaborate with team members and support ongoing communication efforts Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegiate program Education in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred First International Bank and Trust is a family‑owned full‑service Community Bank with locations in ND, MN, SD, and AZ.
