USA award, is searching for a Production Shift Supervisor to be based out of our Dallas, TX manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising production associates and processes that have responsibility for manufacturing PVC Injection Molded products.

Lead using the Atkore Business System and Lean Daily Management within your team, utilizing Lean tools for improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. * Supervise and support injection molding operations, including machine setup, Monitor and optimize cycle times, material usage, and machine efficiency to achieve production goals. * Ensure proper material handling to maintain quality standards. * Implement cross-training activities to ensure proper operation of injection molding machines and maximize team flexibility. * Coach team members to identify process issues, perform root cause analysis, Maintain compliance with safety standards, production schedules, and quality specifications, including dimensional checks and visual inspections. * Partner with maintenance for mold changeovers and preventive maintenance. * Manage vacation schedules and overtime. * High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. * 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Hands-on experience in injection molding operations strongly preferred, Troubleshooting machine and mold issues * High energy, strong work ethic, schedule flexibility, and ability to work Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore’s Business System through Lean Daily Management and the Strategy Deployment Process. * Start supervising your direct team on daily requirements and managing without Understand safety, quality, delivery, and cost opportunities and start Review and sign-off on hour-by-hour boards, send daily production reports, Take full ownership of the shift’s Lean Daily Management, including Tier 1 Fully understand how you and your team impact Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Lead various training sessions for your team on machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality checks. * Partner with Safety, Quality, and HR to investigate and provide corrective actions for on-the-job safety injuries, customer complaints, and employee Coach for performance, behavior, and culture.
