What You’ll Do

Follow our 6-step process for how to run a service call the professional way—no shortcuts.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Accurately troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow issues

Perform thorough system evaluations and identify potential problems

Clearly explain your findings and recommendations to homeowners

Present repair and replacement options professionally and honestly

Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups

Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and job site

Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Help mentor and develop less-experienced technicians as you grow

What We’re Looking For

You should be:

Experienced in residential HVAC service

Strong at diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems

Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow systems

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship

Willing to learn, improve, and continue developing your skills

Coachable and open to learning new techniques and processes

A team player who wants to help those around you succeed

Committed to accurately diagnosing problems and doing the job right

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

EPA certification and applicable Alabama HVAC credentials preferred
