trak group is partnering with an established manufacturer in Florence, KY to place a Plant Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced operations leader ready to manage a diverse, multilingual workforce, oversee blending and packaging operations, and drive continuous improvement in a complex production environment. Location: Florence, KY, 100% On-Site Schedule: First Shift, Monday–Friday Responsibilities Lead all plant operations across multiple departments and shifts Manage 100+ direct and indirect employees in a diverse, multilingual workforce Oversee blending and packaging operations end-to-end Drive continuous improvement, including automation initiatives and process modernization Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational priorities and performance targets Build and sustain a high-performance production culture focused on safety, quality, and efficiency Serve as a key leader in transitioning the plant toward more automated operations Qualifications Reside in the Cincinnati area 3–5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager Proven track record managing 100+ direct and indirect employees Experience in both blending and packing/packaging operations Experience managing teams with Spanish-speaking employees; ability to lead effectively in a multilingual environment Involvement in automation initiatives or plant modernization efforts Strong operational instincts with a history of driving performance in complex production environments Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred — a premium compensation package is available for bilingual candidates Interested?
