Job Overview

Job Summary:
A server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure quality
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally
• Process payments (cash, card, POS systems)
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
• Follow health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous serving or customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
