Description: Aramark Sports & Entertainment seeks a dynamic General Manager to oversee our food & beverage operations for University of Virginia Athletics! As a General Manager, you'll strategically plan, manage, and lead multiple F&B services generating $7M+ revenue. Your role involves achieving operational and financial goals, meeting client objectives, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team to deliver excellent service, utilizing client knowledge, relationship-building skills, and financial acumen. Provide hands‑on execution management of contracted services with a focus on safety. Manage client and community relationships, assess operations, and drive employee and customer satisfaction. Build, develop, and lead a capable management team and staff aligned with organizational objectives. Recommend service improvement methods, resources, and implementation based on operational needs. Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements for financial performance. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, Aramark's standards, and safety protocols.
