Good Day! 

My name is Maribel/Recruiter for Staffing Agency called Flagstar Nursing. We do placement in LTC- Long Term Care Facilities with Subacute Units.  We have immediate openings in Milton, Royersford, Watsontown , Philadelphia PA Facilities . Our Registered Dietetic Technician Rate is $22/hr.  Pay is weekly & Daily pay i s available ! Overtime pay is also available (Time + half time) when applicable.

You would make your own schedule directly with the facility, there are no caps on hours you accept per week.

Pay is every Friday & health and dental benefits are available.

This is not a temporary assignment (this is W4) and we are not a travel agency.

Position Summary:

The Registered Dietary Tech supports the dietary and nutrition services department by assisting in the preparation, delivery, and clean-up of meals in accordance with prescribed dietary guidelines. This role ensures that residents or patients receive nutritious, safe, and well-presented meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists dietitians in creating and implementing nutrition plans
• Educates patients or clients about basic nutrition
• Monitors food intake and nutritional status
• May plan menus or modify diets under a dietitian’s guidance
• Can work in hospitals, long-term care, public health, or food service management
• Focus: Nutrition care and education, with a broader role in dietary planning and support

Qualifications:

• Education Required: Associate degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field

• Certification: Optional, but becoming a DTR requires passing an exam from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Prior experience in food service or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
