Overview Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Edison, NJ. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Responsibilities / What You’ll Do We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. Responsibilities include: Independently licensed and living in New Jersey — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly Be a behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children Help clients achieve measurable progress Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools Collaborate as a teammate within a clinical community Compensation Up to $112,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits. How We Support You We handle the administrative work so you can focus on providing exceptional care. This includes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
