Oslin Nation is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive projects from initial order through successful completion. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting contractor sales representatives, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities Support contractor sales representatives by managing project documentation and workflow. Process and maintain sales orders and purchase orders within the ERP system. Coordinate product delivery schedules, project costs, and approved change orders. Prepare and submit documentation for customer and engineering approvals. Ensure all required materials are ordered and delivered to job sites on schedule. Track and follow up on project quotations and customer requests. Maintain accurate and complete project records throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with sales, engineering, customer service, vendors, and customers to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Prioritize competing demands while meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications Required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience working in construction, industrial sales, or a related industry. Experience with ERP systems. Project coordination or project management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Typical Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
