Our client in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Project Billing Coordinator

to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative or office support background who is interested in expanding their skills into project billing and accounting support. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, comfortable working with detailed records and data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. One to three years of experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong professional email communication is important. Excellent attention to detail and data-entry skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with limited direction. A proactive attitude and willingness to help, learn new responsibilities, and take on new challenges. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable working in a fragrance-free work environment Hours:
