I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2019, and this agency is an exciting next step where I’m focused on building a strong, successful team from the ground up. Outside of work, I’m a single dad with two kids full time, so I understand the importance of flexibility, balance, and creating a supportive environment both personally and professionally. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Curtis Anderson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
