The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Southern California (Westlake Village, Simi Valley); Fort Worth, TX; Carrollton, TX; or Florida Relocation Path (starting in CA, moving to FL) Pay: $75000-$80000 yearly Mission: To develop future leaders by immersing them in core business functions, leveraging analytics and technology to improve operations and strategy within the mortgage and financial services industry. Tech Stack: Cursor AI, Amazon Quick, Gemini, Python, SQL, Excel (Advanced Modeling/Automation), Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake What You'll Actually Do Participate: Engage in a structured 12-month rotational program covering various enterprise functions such as Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and Enterprise Risk Management. Analyze: Examine complex, unstructured financial and operational datasets to generate actionable business insights, risk models, and executive recommendations. Automate: Utilize modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor AI, Amazon Quick, Gemini) and Python/SQL scripts to streamline legacy workflows, build dashboards, and optimize reporting pipelines. Lead: Drive and contribute to high-impact cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, risk frameworks, and deliverables to support enterprise transformation. Present: Prepare and deliver structured findings, financial models, and strategic dashboards to leadership. The Must-Haves Background: Must graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/business discipline, either prior to the program start date (July 12, 2027) or within 18 months of it. Experience: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern AI tools (Cursor AI, Amazon Quick, Gemini) and data & analytics tools including SQL, Python, Excel (Advanced Modeling/Automation), Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake. Skills: Ability to apply structured, data-driven logic to solve complex business problems; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; highly adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new domain areas and software platforms.
