Assembly - Contractor - A

Job TitleResponsible for performing a basic variety of chemical application assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Minimal experience using hand tools including but not limited to screw drivers and epoxy dispensing tools. Be able to work under a low power microscope. Basic comprehension and interpretation of technical specifications, including IPC knowledge, terms, and documents. Ability to complete very structured assignments determining and/or following methods and sequence of operations in performing patch coating and a variety of chemical applications on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications and work authorization documentation. Fully participate/engage in team meetings with a positive attitude. Overall summary entry-level support individual contributor. Work is closely supervised. Work consists of tasks that are routine. Explains facts and practices related to job area. Nature of supervision works with close supervision on routine tasks. Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is required. Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. Work consists of tasks that are routine. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks.
