Location: Bloomington (IL) | Employment Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week | Job Level: T3 | Work Preference: Onsite at work location address | Job Code: 244445 Job Description: Job Title: Technical Project Manager Overview / Summary Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the deployment and management of Access Capture, an application packaging tool hosted within an Azure tenant. The role will oversee a dedicated team of engineers, drive system integrations with ServiceNow, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope. The Project Manager will also eventually support the Zero-Touch workstation program. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring technical deliverables align with project goals. Create, maintain, and own the comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Hold the project team accountable to strict timelines, track progress, and unblock issues as they arise. Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates. Manage expectations across the practice and implementation teams. Lead the deployment and management of Access Capture within the Azure tenant. Drive system integrations with ServiceNow. Ensure project milestones are completed on time and within scope. Eventually support the Zero-Touch workstation program. Required Qualifications Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT infrastructure or software deployment projects. Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of the Azure ecosystem. Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow integrations is highly desirable. Prior exposure to application packaging workflows or tools, specifically Access Capture, is a major plus. Experience with Intune. Experience with workstations. Experience aligned with a Technical Project Manager role involving Azure, ServiceNow integration, and application packaging.
