Pain Management ProviderWe are looking for a motivated and compassionate provider with prior pain management experience who is comfortable evaluating and managing patients with chronic pain conditions.SkillsExcellent verbal and written skillsDetail orientedTeam oriented (ability to work with multiple different personalities)Positive/friendly attitudeCompassionateBilingual a plus, but not a requirementHIPAA compliance a requirementNextgen/Epic EHR knowledge a plus but not a requirementPain Management experience highly preferred, but not requiredPosition ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive new-patient and follow-up evaluationsAssess and diagnose acute and chronic pain conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansManage patients with complex chronic pain conditionsReview diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and medical recordsMonitor treatment response and make appropriate adjustments to the plan of careEducate patients regarding treatment options, medications, procedures, and expectationsCoordinate care with physicians, specialists, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers as appropriateMaintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentationWork collaboratively with the physicians and clinical team to provide high-quality patient careJob RequirementsAbility and interest in learning and implementing new processes, new tools, new activitiesExamining patientsDiagnosing illnesses and injuriesPerforming and ordering diagnostic tests and evaluating the resultsEducating patients on living healthy lifestyles and managing their illnessesMust have current state licensure.Full time - 8:00am to 5:00pmOffice Located: Fort Worth (M-TH) / Granbury Office (Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm)
