Constellation Search Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for a full-time direct hire position. The Inside Sales Representative is tasked with driving revenue growth, customer retention, and account expansion within a specified portfolio of existing and target accounts (Tier 2/3). As the primary point of contact, they will own the customer relationship and sales process, engaging in proactive outreach and opportunity development. Occasional travel may be required, with in-office attendance essential at either the Chattanooga, TN or Augusta, GA locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a designated portfolio of Tier 2/3 accounts through proactive outreach and opportunity development.
• Prospect new business via outbound calling, digital outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up, identifying and pursuing cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify retention opportunities, growth potential, and ensure CRM system accuracy.
• Develop and implement territory plans aligned with growth objectives, and engage in consultative selling to recommend solutions that address customer needs.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, delivering responsive and professional communication, and facilitate customer onboarding and account expansion initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines while collaborating with other departments.
• Continuously enhance product, industry, and sales expertise to support sales campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing role, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CRM/ERP systems, and sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
