The C2BMC Next Program in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a X‑Lab System Administrator. Job Overview The X‑Lab System Administrator will serve as the first line of defense for user‑level interactions and issues for the C2BMC pilot program. The role is customer‑facing and will focus on supporting MDA flight tests, integrating R&D systems into C2BMC, and contributing to other X‑Lab projects as needed. What You Will Do Support MDA flight tests and focus on the integration of the R&D systems into C2BMC. Provide enterprise‑level system support to users. Install and troubleshoot Windows and Linux applications. What You Will Learn Use of enterprise‑level system. Installing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux applications. Professional interaction with users and customers in an IT service setting. Writing and editing technical documentation in Atlassian Confluence. Agile development methodologies. Qualifications You Must Have Experience supporting users in an enterprise‑level system. Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux applications. Experience with Java. Professional communication skills with users and customers in a service‑type setting. Ability to write and edit technical documentation in Atlassian Confluence. Experience with agile development methodologies. DoD 8140 certification at IA Level II or higher (Security+, Security CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP). Candidate is responsible for maintaining certification for the full contract period. Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance. Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field. Qualifications We Prefer Experience supporting users in an enterprise‑level system. Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux applications. Salary Range 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
