Hospice (2+ years)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Other EMR

TruChart EHR

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)

Have you spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)? (yes)

Schedule and Shift Details
Schedule: F/T M-F 8-5 (sharing on-calls for holidays 2 per yr)

Travel
Local travel required
