Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health statuses and specific needs. Utilize our teletherapy system to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for clients. Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and workshops to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base includes adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients to identify their individual goals and dynamics, allowing for personalized and effective therapeutic approaches. Qualifications A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients. A compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor, fostering trust and openness in client interactions. Organizational skills and effective time management abilities, crucial for managing caseloads effectively and ensuring timely follow-ups. Clean disciplinary record with no history of professional misconduct. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in a telehealth capacity and familiarity with virtual therapy tools and techniques. Exposure to diverse clinical populations and ability to work with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
