Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: Night shift, 6:30pm - 7:00am, with rotating weekends

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Contract Weeks: 4

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license within the state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
- ENPC, TNCC, TNS preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and consult with other specialists and ancillary departments as necessary.
- Adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care and flow through the ER.
- Communicate effectively with ED physicians regarding changes in patient status and results of diagnostic studies.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
