About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Compensation Strategy and Operations. This senior role is pivotal in shaping and executing compensation strategies that align with business priorities and foster long-term value creation. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to executives and HR leaders, leading the design and implementation of compensation programs across various business areas. Key responsibilities include anticipating business needs, providing data-driven recommendations, and ensuring the effectiveness and scalability of compensation processes. The role also involves leading a small team, driving continuous improvement, and advancing global compensation initiatives, including those related to M&A. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in a complex, public company environment, with a strong background in compensation strategy, equity, incentives, and annual planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational leadership, process improvement, and team development. Deep expertise in analytical and financial modeling, as well as experience with AI and automation in a compensation context, is essential. The role requires a leader with strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions. A high level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to travel occasionally are also necessary.
