Kitchen Staff (6 hrs per day)

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen staff at Clinton Junior High School. This part‑time position requires a commitment of 6 hours per day, 9 months out of the year providing an opportunity to contribute to a positive and supportive environment for students. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with established menus and dietary guidelines. Serve meals to students and staff, ensuring portion control and adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Participate in training and development opportunities as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Ability to stand for extended periods.
