NETA Tester

Job Details Salary: $55 - $75 per hour 40–50% travel throughout the year. Typical schedule: Leave Monday, return Friday (rotating weekly). Company vehicles provided to get to job sites. Relocation package available if needed. Responsibilities Perform electrical acceptance and maintenance testing. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot power systems, including switchgear, transformers, and circuit breakers. Collect data from electrical equipment. Ensure equipment and systems are safe and reliable according to NETA standards. Conduct start-up procedures for new electrical equipment. Qualifications NETA level 2 or 3 certification. Strong understanding of electrical theory, testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, insulation resistance testers), and electrical safety procedures. Familiarity with NETA, NEC, OSHA, and NFPA standards. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and good communication skills.
