Responsibilities Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community. Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community. Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents. Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events. Requirements Must have a least 1+ year experience in sales, marketing and strong customer service. Previous leasing experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and detailed orientated. A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of pre-employment background checks, and drug screen are required.
