Onsite QA / QC Commissioning Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers, Project Engineers, and General Foreman as directed. Relationship building with general contractors, subcontractors, and field team. Coordinate, schedule and manage 3rd Party NETA subcontractors. Coordinate with onsite QA/QC, Commissioning GF on progress status, roadblocks, etc. Relay issues to Building Onsite PM lead & Project Engineer. Track status of calibrated tools/instruments. Manage re-calibration certs & documents, ensure only calibrated tools are being used onsite. Monitor project progress in relation to the scope of work. Learn Method of Procure process and become proficient in relaying information to vested parties. Attend Commissioning meetings and relay commissioning schedule to Building Onsite PM lead. Relocation and/or travel throughout the state may be required to fulfill job responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in Electrical Contracting, Construction, or similar fields preferred. 2-year degree in an electrically related curriculum or hands-on electrical experience is preferred but not required. Required Knowledge & Skills: Effective communication. Detail oriented. Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Software skills are required, including but not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Adobe, and Bluebeam Revu. Ability to read, review and understand Electrical online diagrams & submittals.
