HR Operations Specialist

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2

Russell Tobin is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for a leading technology organization in West Palm Beach, FL. This position will support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while providing exceptional HR service, operational support, and guidance on HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries through the employee portal and HR systems

• Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding activities

• Ensure employee requests are resolved accurately and in a timely manner

• Assist with I-9 processing, employee documentation, and HR compliance activities

• Maintain employee records and update information within HRIS platforms

• Create, maintain, and improve HR knowledge base articles and self-service resources

• Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams

• Identify, escalate, and help resolve process, policy, and compliance issues

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR tools, processes, and employee experience

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Human Resources, or a related HR support role

• Experience with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle support

• Knowledge of I-9 processing and employment verification procedures

• Experience supporting employee offboarding activities

• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, UKG, Oracle HCM, or SuccessFactors

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Shared Services or Service Center environment

• Experience handling high-volume employee inquiries

• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations
