Compensation:

1. Salary: $60 - $65/hr based on experience
2. Sign On Bonus: $10,000 (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received one from any Venza Care facility in the past)

1. Day Shift - full time
2. PRN available (not eligible for sign on bonus)
3. Telehealth position available (not qualified for sign on bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
3. Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
4. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
5. Mentor and guide therapy staff

Qualifications:

1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
2. Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of AL
3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
4. Strong clinical and leadership skills
5. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
