Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans to help achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to boost patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to offer comprehensive and integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to ensure continuous improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, helping each individual stay aligned with their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current OTR/L (Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed) certification.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
