You will work closely with the production manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time to meet customer demand.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing and managing the production process from start to finishEnsuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standardsManaging and training production staffIdentifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivityCollaborating with other departments to improve processes and proceduresMeeting production targets and deadlinesThe ideal candidate will have:A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory roleStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with industrial manufacturing processes and proceduresStrong computer skills, including experience with MRP/ERP systemsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that values its employees and provides opportunities for advancement.
