Join KGSO in an internally focused Business Development role supporting growth in repair, calibration, and professional services through reporting, forecasting, business narratives, and analytics. Support Business Development leaders and Traditional Services BDs with accurate, timely, and actionable information.

Success requires developing systems fluency, analytical capability, business judgment, and strong internal customer service.

Accountabilities include:

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for orders, renewals, ARR, pipeline, forecast, installed base, assets, service history, and portfolio performance
• Maintain dashboards, validate data, investigate variances, and support consistent metric definitions
• Summarize performance drivers, risks, gaps, and recommended actions for QBRs, operating reviews, planning cycles, and presentations
• Support forecast updates, opportunity analysis, renewal visibility, and reporting cadence
• Consolidate data across SFDC, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, MicroStrategy, Incorta, SFDC CRMA, Spotfire, and related platforms
• Improve reporting workflows and documentation while building knowledge of repair, calibration, and professional services
• Partner with internal Business Development, Sales, Business Operations, Services, Finance, IT, and data-owner teams

4+ years of relevant business development, sales, service and support, business operations, systems, and/or analytics experience in test and measurement or an adjacent industry.

Demonstrated ability in the following areas:

• Foundational business development knowledge and interest in repair, calibration, and professional services
• Business analysis, reporting, forecasting, data visualization, and concise narrative development
• Proficiency in Excel and working experience with SFDC; exposure to Snowflake, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Incorta, SFDC CRMA, Spotfire, or similar platforms desirable
• Data validation, dashboard maintenance, variance analysis, metric interpretation, and recurring-report preparation
• Ability to translate data into clear findings, recommendations, and business actions
• Project coordination, prioritization, communication, curiosity, and internal stakeholder support
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

MIN $92,310.00 - MAX $153,850.00
