Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Occupational Therapist Shift: 8HR Days Tuesday to Saturday. Occupational Therapist: 2 Years of experience required. FL License and BLS required. Online Dementia course required. Skilled Nursing/Rehab center, patient age group: Geriatric Population. EMR: Epic. Scrub color: hunter green. HWL IVS to review profile and Manager to direct interview and offer. Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED, Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO must be on submission, HCF will not be approving RTO after submission. We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here.
