Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2 years of occupational therapy experience required. Florida license required. Online Dementia course required. Experience in a skilled nursing/rehab center required. Experience with Epic EMR required. Assignment Details 8-hour shifts. Scheduled Tuesday through Saturday. Floating required. Travelers may float to other sister campuses. Patient population: geriatric. Scrub color: hunter green.
