Sales Operations Manager

We are hiring for Sales Operations Manager in Plano, TX(Onsite) Position Overview Our Client is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support sales operations for the Wireless account and other targeted regional operator accounts . This position will be based at main office in Plano, TX. The role is an individual contributor position and will work closely with sales, service operations, engineering, finance, customers, and Networks leadership to ensure successful execution of customer projects and contractual commitments. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Quote, Purchase Order (PO), Invoicing, and Billing lifecycle , including: Project setup Validation of cost and revenue drivers Prepare, develop, and manage sales operations activities for Viaero Wireless and other assigned accounts. Review and manage revenue forecasts, cost expenditures, budgets, and project profitability . Track and ensure achievement of contractual obligations and deliverables. Manage contract amendments, change orders, and contract dispute resolution . Review and validate scope and contractual requirements for new products and services. Partner with Networks management to communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and business priorities. Work directly with customers to ensure alignment on project schedules, requirements, funding, and deliverables . Manage organizational and operating budgets, including preparation, formulation, presentation, execution, and ongoing financial management. Develop and implement effective budget policies and financial procedures to strengthen financial oversight. Lead cross-functional teams involving Sales, Service Operations, Engineering, and Finance to capture and manage customer change requests. Establish and maintain project structures to effectively track schedule, quality, financial performance, and Profit & Loss (P&L) . Prepare and present monthly project updates and financial reviews to executive management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies by evaluating existing workflows and developing improvement strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and Networks stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex operational, financial, contractual, and organizational issues. Required Qualifications & Experience 4-8 years of experience in financial management, sales operations, business operations, or a related field. Experience managing complex projects involving financial, contractual, and operational requirements. Prior experience supporting sales, business development, or sales operations is preferred. Experience working with Wireless or other regional wireless/network operators is highly preferred. Strong experience with project setup, execution, financial management, and complex business agreements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including: Excel Access PowerPoint Word We are Connectors.
