Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift in Holland, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, with a strong focus on robot controls, preventative maintenance, and smart camera systems.Responsibilities:Perform manufacturing-related equipment PM'sSupport tool changesAdhere to safety requirementsElectrical troubleshootingParticipate in problem-solving groups, Kaizens, and lean manufacturing activitiesParticipate in the maintenance department efforts towards achieving key measuresAbility to continuously learn to support various processes, such as: thermal forming, adhesive, molding, Isocyanate foam, high-pressure water, and assembly processesOperation of powered industrial trucks, aerial lifts, and cranesMust be able to travel to attend training classes up to 5x annuallyRequirements:Prefer previous maintenance experience but we will train!Strong mechanical backgroundWillingness to work overtime as needed and work any production shiftWillingness to travel for short term periods (<10%)Ability to use basic machining tools, powered hand tools, and other maintenance-related equipmentDesired Skills:Fabrication/tooling experience is a plusFamiliarity with robots and robot controllers is a plusExperience working with a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system is a plusExperience working with smart cameras (i.e. Keyence, Cognex, Banner) is a plus
