Job Summary The Nurse Clinician II (NCII) possesses the knowledge and skills required to meet the standards for professional practice as specified in the Texas Nursing Practice Act and by HCHD Nursing Service. The NCII independently and safely manages patients with problems common to patients in the assigned clinical area, recognizing when assistance is needed and seeking appropriate resources.
