Client Experience / Front Desk Coordinator

We’re looking for a polished, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk/Client Experience professional to be the welcoming face of the office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive client experience while keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes. Hospitality background highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in clients and guests, providing a warm and professional experience.
• Enter and maintain client information accurately in office systems.
• Keep snacks, beverages, and office supplies stocked and organized.
• Set up and break down lunches, meetings, and other office events.
• Prepare the office and reception area for daily activities and visitors.
• Communicate guest lists and visitor information to Security.
• Provide general support to ensure the office is organized, welcoming, and client-ready.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in front desk out of client services or hospitality
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using office systems.
• Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
