Marketing Automation Lead - SFMC Journeys & SQL (Onsite)

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to own the technical execution of our SFMC-based CRM automation. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Manager, CRM Marketing and collaborates with the data team to ensure accurate, scalable journeys. The position requires strong AMPscript/SQL skills, experience with Databricks, and the ability to work across technical teams while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
