SCRAP METAL EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!

What You'll Be Doing As a General Laborer in our Non-Ferrous Warehouse, you'll play a key role in helping us sort, process, and move valuable recyclable metals like copper, aluminum, and brass. This is a vital position that helps keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials from customer and company vehicles Sort and separate non-ferrous metals by grade and type Operate hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided if needed) Clean and organize work areas to maintain safety and efficiency Assist equipment operators and warehouse staff as needed Follow all safety rules and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Support inventory management and documentation of materials Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow Perform general yard and warehouse clean-up duties Take direction well and complete tasks independently when needed What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly A positive attitude and team-first mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the company Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus but not required Bi-lingual a plus Why Join Us?
